When and should i repot my black pine bonsai?

I got a black pine bonsai tree for christmas of Iwantoneofthose.com and had to grow from seeds. Its doing really well but im not sur when or how to repot. Any ideas?

1. Bonsai is an art, not just a plant. You need to learn to trim the roots and the shoots to keep it miniature.
2. Since you grew it from seed, it is OK to pot now. Use some good GRANULAR potting soil. Try not to disturb the roots since it is only a seedling. The previous answer told you to trim roots, but don't. That is for much later when the root system is well established.
