This place says it's not taking new applications until 2009, but that's next month so maybe they can help, you never know -- http://www.800charitycars.org/whocanapply.htm If this was 6 years ago, when my Mom died, we could have given you hers since we didn't need it. We donated it to some charity. So, maybe you should go to http://losangeles.craigslist.org/ and ask people.
